Say hello to Christina Elsberry, Volunteer of the Month for June 2010!
Christina began volunteering in August 2009. She is now a high school graduate, planning for a career as a veterinary technician. Eventually she hopes to work in a zoo. (We won't say "This place is good practice!") Her favorite jobs here are walking dogs, cleaning animal pens, and holding and loving the cats, kittens, and puppies. She is a willing and capable addition to our team.
Christina is shown with Georgia, a blue heeler/Australian shepherd mix puppy. "I really like the young animals, and this little girl is so cute and cuddly."
Be sure to thank Christina for her hard work and dedication to the animals!
